READ BEFORE PLAYING - EXCUSE OF NOT KNOWING RULES WILL NOT BE TAKEN AS VALID;

General Rules -

Do NOT exploit in any way!
B) - Exploit - Do not find a way to get into people’s bases with a glitch. This could result into a warn or even worse a ban!

Do NOT exploit props in any way, shape or form.
B) - Exploit Props - Do not use the props to get into other people’s base or use the props to surf/push other people.

Do NOT troll in any way while roleplaying.
B) - Troll - Do not go around the server and mic spam/annoy people/spam props.

Do NOT interrupt Staff that are on duty!
B) - Interrupting Staff - Do NOT interrupt Staff members that are on duty or in a sit. This could result into a warn!

Do NOT scam in any way!
B) - Scamming - Do not scam people into giving you items or money on the server. Do not ask for money for a trade into something else. If it is an agreement then you would say “Hey, could I see that weapon you are holding? I will give it back” That is an agreement, but if they take the weapon and don’t give it back then that is scamming and you could get warned!

Do NOT impersonate other people or Staff Members!
B) - Impersonating - Do not change your name to a player/staff and pretend to be them. This could result into a warn or even worse a ban!

Do NOT use alternative accounts to avoid Server-bans!
B) - Alternative Accounts - Once you are banned you cannot go onto another account and join the server. This is called double accounting/Avoid Punishment which could involve in an IP ban and way to appeal a ban!

Do NOT self-supply.
B) - Do not buy weapons/shipments/Job Items for your own personal use!

Do NOT disrespect Players or Staff Members.
B) - Disrespecting - Do NOT disrespect a player or a staff member. Do not call them names/mock the voice/talk about them to other members. This could result in a warn or even worse a ban!

Do NOT Mic spam ear rape music

Do not use your mic for music. There is a boombox for a reason

General - In Depth;

Scripts / editing game files / running hack clients are AGAINST the rules!
B) - Scripts / editing game files / running hacks - So BHOP scripts / SPEED scripts (etc.). This is AGAINST the rules. This could result into a PERMANENT ban!

Prop abusing is NOT allowed!
B) - Prop abusing - Is not allowed. So Prop-Climbing / Prop-Pushing / Prop-Surfing / Attempt Prop Killing. What they are;

Prop-Climbing: Is when you spawn a prop and climb up to people’s base.

Prop-Pushing: Is when you spawn a prop and push a player with that prop.

Prop-Surfing: Is when you spawn in a prop and stand on it and pull yourself up to fly into someones base or just in general trying to go in the sky.

Attempt Prop Killing: Is when you spawn in a prop and hit someone with it trying to kill them.

3. Blocking with entities is also prohibited and will be punished as much as propblock.

Body Blocking is NOT allowed!
B) - Body Blocking - This is where you are standing in a doorway so no-one can enter or leave the building you are in! This could result into a warn!
Scamming - If it is an agreement then you would say “Hey, could I see that weapon you are holding? I will give it back” That is an agreement, but if they take the weapon and don’t give it back then that is scamming and you could get warned!

Do not prop spam or use any tools on the server to aid in prop spam.

RP Rules (Role Playing);

Do NOT RDM (Random Deathmatch)
B) - Random Deathmatch, you cannot randomly kill someone, you have to have a valid reason to kill a player!
C)Cross fire:Cross fire is still considered rdm so be careful where and who you shoot.

Do NOT RDA (Random Arrest)
B) - RDA is when you do not have a reason for arresting that person. You just arrested them for no reason.

Do NOT break NLR (New Life Rule)
B) - NLR - New Life Rule, this is where you die in a place and it is not RDM and you return back to the place within 5 minutes of dying.

Do NOT job abuse!
B) - Job Abuse - Do not use your job for your own personal advantage. If you are a Gun Dealer, you cannot Self Supply! If you are a Civil Protection, you cannot arrest someone for being mean or for your own personal reason!

Do NOT try and avoid an RP situation!
B) - RP Situation - Do not disconnect, suicide, change jobs, etc to get out of a role-play situation. So if you are being kidnapped/mugged you cannot kill yourself to get out of the situation.

Do NOT Mic Spam.
B) - Mic Spam - This is where you are holding down your mic key button and won’t stop. If you play Music down your mic, that is classed as Mic Spam! This could cause you being warned!

Do NOT spawn kill or wait for a player to leave
B) - Spawn Kill - This means you cannot kill someone where you spawn! Even if you are a Hitman you cannot kill someone in spawn, this also involves standing around and waiting for them to leave spawn so you can kill them! This could result in a warn!

Do NOT speak or joke about DDOS!
B) - DDOS - Do not talk or joke about DDOS! This could result into a PERMANENT ban!

The Mayor can ONLY own small arms.
B) - Mayor - The Mayor can only have a small arm to defend himself, this means the mayor can only have a pistol to defend himself during a raid/kidnap/mug/threat!

Hobos may NOT own doors!
B) - Hobos - Hobo cannot own any doors in the game! They are meant to be homeless as that is what it says in the job description! Hobos can build on the streets. that is allowed. Not following this rule could get you a warn!

Baiting Civil Protection is NOT allowed.
B) - Baiting - Baiting is when you say in your mic or chat “I’ve got a gun” or “I’m going to kidnap you” That is baiting and you can get in trouble for that

The Mayor can build in the PD but NO fading doors.
B) - Building in PD - The Mayor can build in the PD but must only use comic props! (So that means to decorate the PD) But there has to be room in the PD for people to to walk in and out! There is not allowed to be any fading doors in the PD!

If your friend is a hitman you may NOT help him complete his hit.
B) - Hitman - This means that you cannot do a hit with your friend together, not even if you are teaming up. You must take on the hit yourself! If you go against this you could get a warning!

Hitman require a valid rp reason to accept a hit.
B) The valid reason has to be announced in chat for admins to refer back to.

E.G. /advert Hit for interfering

Do not meta game. [Giving in character. information over a external source]

2.Examples: Teamspeak, Skype, ooc

Do not play inappropriate or offensive videos in the cinema. This could result in a warn, kick or even a ban

Raiding/Mugging/CarJack/Counter Rules;

You MAY raid as:

Normal - Gangster, Mob Boss, Thief, Master Thief, Police, SWAT

VIP - Mercenary, Pro Thief, Freerunner

VIP+ - Master Thief, Mercenary

ONLY THESE JOBS

There is 5min cooldown between raids. 30min cooldown on same person/base.
B) - Raiding - There is a 5min break per raid you do. But if you want to raid the same base again you have to wait 30 minutes, even if the raid failed you still have to wait 30 minutes until you can raid them again. This could get you a warning.

You need to advert a raid 2min before raiding a House/base/area. /advert Planning Raid. You can not just do /advert RAID, There needs to be a /advert planning raid before a raid
B) - Raiding - Before you raid the base you want to you have to plan it in the chat with /advert Planning raid, if you have a friend that wants to help you raid that person's base, your friend has to /advert Assist planning raid.

C) Master Thief/Mercenary DOESN’T need to advert “Planning raid”
D) Every other Job needs to do “/advert Planning raid” but these jobs don’t!

After raid is planned, then you need to advert /advert Raid, when raid is over, you need to advert /advert Raid Over.
B) - Raiding - Once it has been 3 minutes /advert raid you MUST type /advert Raid Over! Don’t go back or that could be you breaking NLR and that could result into a warning!

Using raiding tools on buildings, count as raid.
B) - Raiding - If you use the weapons on a base and you have not adverted, you will be warned for raiding without plan and advert.

Civilian jobs are NOT allowed to raid.
B) - Raiding - Civilians are not allowed to raid! Caught breaking this and you could be warned!

When mugging someone you’re ONLY allowed to ask for 5000$ max.
B) - Mugging -. When mugging someone the max is 5000$. You cannot ask for more or that is FailRP. Breaking this you could get a warning!

Under kidnap, you are ONLY allowed to ask for 9000$ max, for a person.
B) - Kidnapping - When kidnapping someone the max is 9000$. If you ask for more, that is FailRP and you could get a warning!

Mug cooldown is 3min / 15min.
B) - Mugging - The cooldown for each person is 3 minutes. If you want to mug the same person then you have to wait 15 minutes. If you are caught breaking this you can get a warning!

Kidnap cooldown is 20min.

Counter cooldown is 5min /15min.
B) - Counter - The cooldown for each person is 5 minutes. But if you want to counter the same person or group again you have to wait 15 minutes. Caught breaking this and you can be warned.

Shooting through walls under raid.
B) - You are allowed to shoot through walls under a raid. (either to defend yourself, or raid the base). If one way prop is used, you are not allowed to shoot the prop, one way props are excluded from this rule.

Civil Protection Rules;

Corrupt Civil Protection members are NOT allowed.
B) - As any Government job you are not allowed to accept money to not do your job. You are not allowed to unarrest someone for money too, the police has no lawyers!

Civil Protection members MAY arrest players with illegal guns on sight.
B) - The Government is allowed to arrest people with illegal guns in public without a warning.

Civil Protection MAY use any weapon they have available to them.
B) - You are not allowed to have/own illegal weapons as any Government Job, even if you find them.

S.W.A.T may free-roam, but MUST protect the Police Department and Mayor during a raid / lockdown.
B) - As SWAT you are allowed to walk around and do your things, but if there is a raid or a lockdown you MUST go to the Police Department or to the Mayor.

Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to baton rush.
B) - If someone is shooting at you, you can’t run and go arresting him ONLY if he is not prepared for it, but if you are running after him you are not allowed to spam the arrest baton to arrest him.

Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to base/own doors/homes. The Police Department is your home.
B) - You can't own any doors, only a car.

Civil Protection members are NOT to arrest hobos during a lockdown, since they have no home.
B) - Do not arrest Hobos in a lockdown, leave them and try to get every citizen inside.

Do NOT randomly weapon check someone. (Being in the PD is reason enough for a check)
B) - You can’t go to someone and randomly check him for weapons, there always needs to be a reason: “Seen with a illegal weapon” “etc”. But not because you thought he has illegal weapons you need proof, visual proof is enough.

Do NOT raid without a warrant. A building open to the public does not require a warrant to go into, unless there is a closed off private area such as a back room.
B) - You need a warrant (“/warrant <NAME> <REASON>”) to raid someone.

New Life Rule;

New Life means if you die somewhere you can’t remember anything from there (Who killed you, etc)

You are NOT allowed to go back where you died, that means do not return to that area!

If you died while being raided, you are free to go on back after your NLR time without guns drawn. (Because you cannot remember that you were raided, or who raided you, so you can't be prepared).

Building Rules;

Do NOT abuse the fading door. You must have a keypad connected to a fading door as if it wasn’t your base would be unraidable
B) - Fading Door - Do not use the fading door to your advantage e.g. if you're being mugged you open the door and run in to escape the rp situation.

Keypads MUST have a holding length of 5 seconds,They must work and be placed near the door they open.
B) - Keypads - Holding length is how long the door opens when the code is entered.

You can ONLY have 3 fading doors for your entrance!
B) - Fading Doors - You can only have 3 for your entrance but the rest of your doors in your entrance can only be one.

A player MUST be able to enter and exit your building without having to destroy any props.
B) - Entrance - Your entrance must have a way to get out and in (Fading doors) Without breaking or destroying any of the props!

Do NOT build anything that gives you a ridiculous advantage over people breaking into your base. See examples below.
B) So when you have built your base, you cannot not have a one way shooting prop. This means you cannot have a prop where you can see through it to who ever could be breaking into your base but they cannot see you.

Do NOT build inside unowned buildings or ones that you do not own.
B) - Do not start building in a building you don't own or in a base from someone else.

Do NOT build out on the streets. (Unless you are a Hobo.)
B) - Only Hobos can build on the street.

While building, put up a sign that states "BUILDING" to let others know not to mess with you. Once you are finished building, remove the sign. While building, you should not have any printers or other entities. If you do, those entities can be removed or result with ban.
B) - To set up a sign use Wire (Wire is in top right corner in Q menu) -> Type in search bar Text Screen -> Then click onto the one saying ‘Text Screen’

In regards to rule 9, do not interfere with people that have a "BUILDING" sign.
B) - BUILDING - Once someone is building and they have a building sign outside you cannot raid them.

One way props are allowed, as long as you do not shoot through them.
B) - You can have “One way”-props but don’t shoot through them, “One way”-shooting too.

You are NOT allowed to build in spawn!
B) Building in spawn is not allowed! If you were to build and someone spawned they could possibly get stuck in your prop. That is not allowed! This could result into a warn or even worse a ban!

Crouching bases are NOT allowed!
B) If you fail to abide by this rule your base and entity may be removed.

Fading door abuse (FDA) you’re not allowed to do this as it will result in a warn.
Fading door abuse is where a person uses a keybind to open their fading door. Fading door abuse is also where a person’s keypad has a hold length of under 4 seconds, this can result in a warn.

Permit Rules With Weapons;

You can fire at someone if;

You have made a warning call beforehand (and you have a legitimate reason to feel threatened)
B) - Only shoot if you warned (“/advert Warn 1/2/3”) These warnings have to be separate! So /advert Warn 1 then do the other adverts!

Someone is shooting or stealing from you / raiding you.
B) - Only shoot if you warned (“/advert Warn 1/2/3”) These warnings have to be separate! So /advert Warn 1 then do the other adverts! But if you are being raided you can shoot them! If they are stealing from you, ask for it back and if they don’t give it back then you can kill them.
You are acting in self-defence.

3a. - Getting shot at, or threatened

They are doing no harm.
B) - If someone is in showing no danger to you, then don't shoot them. If they are use rules “3”.

You have not given out a warning call.
B) - You need to do a warning “/advert Warn 1/2/3” and tell them for what you warn them.

In Game Rules;

These are the laws that should be followed in-game. Disobeying them in any way may result in punishment by government personnel.

The Mayor cannot change laws that are defined below as "Always illegal" or "Always legal". Laws Mayor can change are defined below.

Always legal;

Owning handguns.

Jaywalking.

Always illegal;

Murder, Assault, and Robbery.

Firing off a gun in public.

3. Owning weapon that isn't a semi automatic pistol.
